Declaration of Corporate Governance

The Corporate Governance Declaration of STRATEC in accordance with § 289f and § 315d of the German Commercial Code (HGB) contains the Declaration of Conformity in accordance with § 161 of the German Stock Corporation Act (AktG), information on key corporate governance practices and on Board of Management and Supervisory Board working practices and composition (including information on the company’s corporate governance), information on the diversity concept for the Supervisory Board and Board of Management, and information on the statutory requirements for the equal participation of women and men in leadership positions.
